Superfine Bakery is an appointment-only cake boutique specializing in custom cakes made from scratch for the Los Angeles area. Our award-winning cakes start at $8 per person and go up from there depending on complexity of exterior decor.
We are inspired by all facets of the baking tradition, but at Superfine we focus on the art of the edible celebration centerpiece. Known for our food-centric approach, we source the purest ingredients available and use them to create personal cakes that taste as good as they look. Inspired by fashion, architecture, and nature, our designs aim to reinterpret and reframe traditional cake forms into modern, luxurious confections.

About the Chef
Andrea Boudewijn opened Superfine Bakery to bring the couture designs and modern looks of NYC and European luxury cake makers to Los Angeles-area clients. Her award-winning pieces are inspired by architectural details, fashion, modern art, nature, and opulent accents.
Andrea graduated with highest honors from Le Cordon Bleu and apprenticed under BethAnn Goldberg, a two-time gold medal winner of Food Network’s Cake Challenge. She studied sugar flower-making with Ron Ben-Israel and enjoys making some of the extracts and purees in her cakes from scratch. She is married and living in Sherman Oaks, California.
